Short answer: if an order on SMM Launch is not completed, the amount goes back to your account balance automatically.

What happens when an order is not completed?

The amount for that order returns to your SMM Launch account balance. This happens automatically, so you do not need to request it.

Can I get a refund because an order is slow?

No. Delivery times on the services list are estimates, not guarantees. As our Terms of Service state, orders that are still processing are not refunded because they seem to be taking too long.

What should I check before ordering?

Each service has its own description, minimum and maximum. Read them on the services list, and paste the correct link for your channel, group or bot.
